Aduna is looking for certified consulting partners on a global scale to implement Guided Exploration search solutions in enterprise environments. Their focus should be on exploring enterprise information.
Certified Aduna Consulting Partner
System integrators, consulting companies or individual consultants can become Certified Aduna Consulting Partner . These partners have the benefit of the bundled Aduna Enterprise Support Contract (AESC) for testing, evaluation, and delivering proof of concepts based on the Aduna Enterprise Software Products.
The Aduna Enterprise Support Contract (AESC) is bundled with the consulting partner fee (for details of the AESC see attachment). Through the AESC Aduna provides technical support to consulting partners. On top of the regular technical support in the AESC, the Aduna Consulting Partner can purchase additional Technical Consulting (Quick Intervention Consulting and/or Architecture and Design Consulting).
Aduna will promote and recommend its Consulting Partners to its customers. In addition Aduna Consulting Partners benefit from logo exposure, discounts on training and sales of Aduna offerings. Also the Aduna technical consulting offerings are applicable to consulting partners.

How to make revenue as Certified Aduna Consulting Partner?
Certified Aduna Consulting Partners should make their revenues/margins based on the following possibilities:
- Consulting fees on Enterprise Search Solutions
- Reselling Aduna Enterprise Support Contracts (AESC)
- Reselling Aduna Training
- Reselling Adunas Technical Consulting Services. (Architecture-, and product consulting)
- Selling their own software offerings/licenses including Adunas components
- Selling Aduna Commercial Licenses (ACL) to individual end-users that do not want Open Source software (OSL License) and need additional warranties.
- Referral fees

Aduna Commercial License: pricing for Consulting Partners
- The buyer of an ACL is an Aduna Certified Consulting Partner that distributes Aduna software as is or as part of an integrated solution to an end-user and does not want to distribute the software under the OSL.
- The end-user is the organization to whom the Aduna software is distributed by the Aduna Certified Consulting Partner.
- An Aduna Commercial License (ACL) is related to an order in which an Aduna Consulting Partner specifies the usage of the Aduna software at the end-user site.
- Pricing of an ACL is based on the number of employees (FTEs3) that the end-user organization employs within the total organization, division or department. The ACL can be bought at 5 levels (see table below); level 5 is for unlimited use.
- The ACL is offered per installation in one (1) end-user organization, department or division. For every new end-user organization, department or division a new ACL is required. An ACL is available for every individual Aduna product with exception of Aduna Sesame that is distributed under the BSD License.
- ACL pricing is based on an annual fee and includes a bundled AESC contract (bonze or silver) for the chosen level. (Optional: an upgrade to silver or gold AESC contract is available).
- If more than one Aduna Commercial license product is sold by the Consulting partner only one (1) Aduna Enterprise Support Contract is applicable since one AESC covers all Aduna products.
