Partner Model

Aduna operates on a global scale and is aiming for different forms of partnerships. Aduna defines the following three partnership possibilities: Consulting Partner, OEM Partner and Distributors.

Consulting Partners

Aduna consulting partners can be Systems Integrators, Software houses or individual consultants implementing Aduna software in end-user environments. An Aduna Consulting Partner needs one or more employees with in-depth knowledge of the Aduna products. Aduna training is usually required. Aduna offers two levels of consulting partnerships Certified Aduna Consulting Partner and Certified Silver Aduna Consulting Partner. Both partnerships create superb possibilities for partners to sell their own and Aduna Products and Services into exploring enterprise information areas.

OEM Partners

Aduna OEM partners can be (embedded) OEM’s, Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s) or Value Added Resellers (VAR’s). Aduna’s OEM partners can bundle (embed) or add the Aduna software into their own software or hardware products and supply their total solution to the market. OEM partners offer first line support to their end-users.

Distributors

An Aduna distributor can sell and support all Aduna products and services into a specific area or market in conjunction with additional consulting services. Usually a distributor goes for a volume approach, supporting (existing) dealers, resellers and partners and invests in marketing and branding. Aduna would like to work with large scale distributors on request.
